We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work with our partner from Sweden - LinkedClient, a fast-growing start-up that offers a LaaS platform in the area of digital marketing & develops a SaaS tool to automate social B2B selling and support the growth of the business worldwide 📈 They have hundreds of clients all over Europe. Learn more on linkedclient.com

Your main duties:

• Set up accounts for new customers
• Follow up on customers' results
• Work proactively with coaching to increase customers' results
  
• Book meetings for our own salespeople and customers using our system (chat exchange)
  
• Management of support tickets

Working hours

This is a 100% remote role, a full-time job with standard working hours (8.00-17.00) in CET, Monday - Friday.

Salary

B2B contract - 1500-2000 EUR/month
