Your main duties:
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Collect and analyze customers feedback and present it internally
- Develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction
- Helping with handling (not writing) contracts and financial matters
- Supporting the customer on- and off- boarding process
- Managing our communities and answering questions and comments from our customers
- Helping our customers move forward in their processes
So who you are?
- You speak English fluently (at least B2 level)
- You have good communication skills
- Fast learner
- Kind team player
This is a 100% remote role, a full-time job with standard working hours in CET, Monday - Friday.
B2B contract - 7000-9000 PLN/month
